Every Monday and Friday we have been doing Statistics for maths. We have learnt how to use Excel and make bar graphs, pie graphs and line graphs.
We created a graph on 4CD’s most popular favourite colour in Excel learning about scales and how to label axis.
We have been doing an investigation of our choice including 30 girls. We chose a subject to investigate about for example 'Year 3&4 girls most popular family car colour'. We first went round all the girls in Yr3 and Yr4 and made a tally/frequency chart. Over the next few days we will make four graphs on Excel displaying the information we gathered.

ReplyDeleteYour graph is (like Natalie said) very easy and clear to read. I remember when I learn't how to make graphs! Did you use Word Excel or Google Drive? I found that Google Drive was a lot easier to make graphs on :)
