WEARABLE
ARTS DAY
On Wearable Arts Day 13 March we worked
with our buddies and created costumes with recycled materials.
We emptied out the recycling, and took every
single thing. Some people took apart a toy pram. We really enjoyed dressing up, because the
fun part was making the costumes. We use materials including bottles and
newspaper, pram boxes, paper, old mint boxes, and so much more.
Some designs we
created were a cat pirate, cow girls, princesses, and a much more. We went
walking down the catwalk mostly in pairs it was such a great day. All the
costumes were awesome!
Everybody in Y1-4 had to dress up only one person dressed up in each group we worked really well. We can't wait until next year!
